is ideal for controlling roadway access to plant entrances, warehouse terminals, toll plazas, or any location where a high volume/high speed security gate is needed. The gate has a fast 1.5 to
6 second operation (depending on the gate arm length 3-6 M). The aluminum gate arm provides extra strength
and rigidity, and uses tension springs to counterbalance the arm for perfect balance. MAG system is using AC Motor drive torque$. The heart of this barrier is the 220 V AC , a slip clutch and is maintenance-free The torque motor can be blocked in any position without causing damage. In the end positions, it stops with the voltage still applied, and locks the boom via the lever system.

MAG Autogate is designed using innovative technology and manufactured with precision machinery to guarantee satisfaction in quality and reliability for years to come. MAG Autogate has been lab tested for more than 2.5 millions opening / closing and still without any degrade in performance. No limit switch design minimizes mechanical wear and
enchances barrier life time. MAG series also offer a complete range of arm (folding, fence and
swing out). Clutch can be conveniently released for manual operation without opening top cover. AC motor is more powerful and maintenance free. Arm is self-locked even at power failure to avoid tampering. Arm will auto-reverse when hitting an obstacle during closing. Arm will swing out if hit directly. Sturdy and strong housing (2.5 mm thickness mild steel).

AC power into safe 24 VDC current enabling
intensive use and providing a cost-effective solution for gated communities, commercial parking and other high volume vehicle access needs. NEG barrier gates are available for roadways from 3 M to 8 M with a choice of orange or white operator colors and a full array of safety and system.

Loop detectors are used wherever vehicles have to be detected. For example for monitoring and safeguarding accessways or for counting vehicles. The output signal can be used for controlling door and gate drive mechanisms, operating barriers, controlling traffic light systems in car parks or activating card dispensers in car parks.
